WOOSTER “ Patricia A. Phillips, 65, of Wooster passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 at Akron City Hospital. She was born February 8, 1948 in Wooster, the daughter of Harold K and Joanna Carosone Heizer. She retired from Bell & Howell after more than 30 years of employment where she ran a microfilm camera. She was a member of the Ripley Church of Christ. Patricia had also been involved in a number of dinner theatre productions and had been involved with the Triway Capers. She was also a member of the gospel group œSweet Spirit . She is survived by a son, Craig Phillips of Shreve; grandchildren, Sydney, Mason and Logan Phillips; sisters, Kathy Gray of North Olmsted, Jeanne Wachtel of Big Prairie and brothers, Ken Heizer of Cleveland and Will Heizer of Akron.   She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received at the Ripley Church of Christ, 12293 Co. Rd. 330, Big Prairie, OH 44611 on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ripley Church of Christ with the Rev. Jim Platner officiating. Burial will be in the Ripley Church Cemetery. McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Meals on Wheels, 241 S. Bever St., Wooster, OH 44691 or to a charity of the donor ™s choice.
