MANCHESTER, OH “ Bonnie Mae Edgington, 63, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at her home in Manchester. Bonnie was born on July 3, 1949 in Wooster, the daughter of George McPherson and Virginia Reinerts. She grew up in Wooster. She had worked for Regal Ware, the City of Wooster, Adams, Highland and Brown County Hospitals. Bonnie married Tom Edgington on June 9, 1989. They were happily married for 24 years. Bonnie attended Wrightsville Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandma and enjoyed being with her family and friends at their farm in Manchester. In addition to her husband, Bonnie is survived by her mother and step-father, Virginia and Roy Reinerts of Dalton; her children: Duane (Karrie) Garman of Shreve, Steve Garman of Portsmouth, Tim(Rachel) Garman of Wooster and Tammy (Randy) Osman of West Union; sisters: Carol (Bill) Hummel of Orrville and Janet (Don) Little of Canton, a brother, Bruce (Kerry) McPherson of Anchorage, Alaska; 9 grandchildren who will forever call her œGrandma Farm ; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, George McPherson, a sister Sandra Arnett and a nephew Jon Jones. Friends and family will be received at the Lafferty Funeral Home, Inc., 205 S. Cherry St., West Union, OH 45693 on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 6-9:00 p.m. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wooster Cemetery. McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is handling the local arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations to S.O.M.C. Hospice, 2201 25th St., Portsmouth, OH 45662 would be appreciated.
