Grace Snoddy Rastetter Martin, 94, of Wooster died Friday July 26, 2013 at the Wayne County Care Center.
She was born June 27, 1919 in Wayne County the daughter of Roy L. and Ada Smith Snoddy.   On June 29, 1941 she married Dallas Rastetter who preceded her in death.
Grace worked at Freedlanders department store in the maintenance department and was also a homemaker.   She was a 1937 graduate of Chester High school and a member of the Overton Community Church.
She enjoyed working puzzles, working outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her 4 children: Gary Rastetter, of Wooster, Beverly (Harley) Dawson of Wooster, Vicki   ( Daniel) Velt of Westerville and Karen (Robert) Akins of Wooster.
10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.   A sister in law Eloise Snoddy of Wooster.
Also preceding her in death is a son Dana Lee Rastetter. And her siblings: Howard Snoddy, Carl Snoddy, Ellen Strauss and Roy Snoddy Jr.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the Overton Community Church 5575 Mechanicsburg Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691.   Burial will follow in the Overton Cemetery.   The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 until 3:00 pm on Tuesday.
