WOOSTER – Louise was born September 16, 1922 to Mary Elizabeth Kane and Elmer Leonard Biss in Youngstown, Ohio. She passed away November 6, 2013.
She was living in Johnstown, PA at the time of her mother’s death at the age of 14. Shewas sent to live with foster parents Robert and Ruth Gibson in Scio, Ohio. She graduatedfrom Scio High School in 1940, and then worked for the Red Cross in Cleveland, Ohiowhere she met and married the love of her life William Tevis Boulware May 5, 1944.She was a teacher’s aide at Thoreau Park Elementary and John Glenn Elementary inParma, Ohio for fifteen years.
Louise retired to Florida in 1977. Louise was a member of the Lehigh Acres and SunCity Center Lions Clubs, the Buckeye Club, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 291 inLehigh Acres and Hobby Club. She volunteered many hours at the Lehigh Acres
 Chamber of Commerce and was a Pink Lady at the Lehigh Acres Hospital and nursinghome. She attended Faith Lutheran Church in Lehigh Acres, Redeemer Lutheran Churchin Sun City Center Florida and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Smithville, Ohio.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, parents and biological siblings: VirginiaBiss; Elmer Carl Biss; Richard Kane Wilson; William Ronald Bliss and Mary MaeKaptian, also a foster brother Richard (Pat) Gibson.
She will be greatly missed by children Richard and Deborah Boulware of Elkin, North Carolina; Jim and Lynne Buss of Wooster, Ohio; Gary and Diane Boulware of Gainesville, Florida; and Jay McCormick of Owensboro, Kentucky. Most of all she will be missed by her grandchildren Naomi and Anna Boulware, Benjamin (Kristen) and Daniel Buss, Erynn (Dave) Kirshner, Sonja (Patrick) Kellerher and Eric Boulware, Brian (Karen) McCormick, and Jana (Bennie) Coffman.
Services will be held Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 777 S. Summit, Smithville.   The family will be available one hour prior to the service to receive friends.
Interment will be in the Apple Creek Cemetery following the service.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
