WOOSTER – Andrew G SIGLER, 84, of Wooster, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at his home.
He was born July 30, 1929 in Wooster, the son of George and Bessie Gordon Sigler.   He married Emma J. Butler on December 6, 1947.   She survives.
He had been a supervisor at Diamonite in Shreve for 40 years and had been a farmer.   Member of the Shreve Christian Disciple of Christ Church.   Andrew loved woodworking, fishing,was a volunteer at People to People Ministries and installed medical alerts at Wooster Community Hospital for over 20 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughter’s, Susan (Kenneth) Kofsky of Powell and Deborah   Monaghan of Wooster; grandchildren, Steven (Meghan Dunne) Kofsky of Brooklyn, NY, Michael (Liza) Kofsky of San Diego, Krista (James) Miller of Apple Creek, Amy (Andrew) Carmony of Wooster; great-grandchildren, Aedan and Annabelle Carmony and Hailey Houtenbrink; sister’s-in-law, Jean Sigler of Shreve and Linda Sigler of Wooster.
Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, brother’s, Ellsworth and William Sigler.
Friends will be received   at the at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 5-8:00 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Hospice Chaplain Bob Grover officiating.   Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
