APPLE CREEK – Jeanne LEMLEY, 91, of Apple Creek, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013 at West View Healthy Living.
She was born August 12, 1922 in Clinton Twp., Wayne Co., daughter of Thomas Foster and Mary Gallager Shaffer.
She had been an office clerk for Ohio Department of Transportation and worked until March 2011 at Wooster Ignition.
Surviving are son, Dale (Sandy) Lemley of Fruitland Park, Florida; grandchildren, Kathy Lemley and Karen Rees, great-grandchildren, Caitlin Lemley, Dylan Rees and Cortny Lemley, a great-great-granddaughter, Kamilah Gibson and a sister, Maralyn Franks of Wooster and her companion, Mike Saurers.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Eunice Smalley and Eileen Saurers  and a brother, Max R Wohlford.
Services will be held on Saturday December 28, 2013 at 11:00 am at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St, Wooster with Pastor Kirk Fairhurst officiating.   Interment will follow in Congress Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
