WOOSTER – Jimmy Dean HOLMES, 48, of Wooster, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014 at Akron City Hospital.
He was born March 15, 1965 in Akron, the son of Curtis and Thelma Jean Baker Holmes.
He had worked at WalMart. Jim loved to detail cars and enjoyed going to car shows. He enjoyed buying different house plants and taking care of them, doing repairs around the house, painting and listening to music. He was caring person with a free spirit and always had a smile.
Surviving are his siblings, Curtis (Connie) Holmes of Wooster, Alex Holmes of Wooster, Thomas (Christine) Holmes of Orrville, Pam Basinger of Smithville, Diane (John) Johnson of Louisville and Paula (Mark) Condry of Wooster and many nieces and nephews.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Jerry Holmes.
There will be no calling hours.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
