DALTON – Roberta J MILLER, 91, of Dalton, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton.
She was born November 3, 1922 in Allegany Co., PA, the daughter of Ralph and Eva Brown Mitchell. She married Robert J. Miller on July 13, 1944. He preceded her in death in February of 1997.
She retired as a cafeteria worker from the Dalton Local Schools after 20 years of employment. Roberta attended the Wooster Baptist Temple. She enjoyed reading, gardening  and attending Church with her son.
Surviving are her children, Brent Miller of Dalton, Gary (Rose) Miller of Ft. Worth, TX, Greg Miller of Dalton and Lori (Tim) Richards of Wooster and a granddaughter, Cari Kreger.
In addition to her husband, Roberta was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Mitchell.
Services will be held at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Floyd Koenig officiating. Interment will follow in the Wooster Cemetery. Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the time of the service.
