WOOSTER “ Nicholas L. Claus, 24, of Wooster passed away Monday, June 16, 2014 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born June 1, 1990 in Wooster, the son of Dennis and Sandy œPeanut  Weygandt Claus.
He had worked for Beaver Construction out of Operators Union Local 18 for the last 2 years.   Nicholas loved motorcycles, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, sports, working out at House of Iron, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his parents of Wooster, a brother Walker Alan Claus of Wooster, his paternal grandparents Alvin and Clara Claus of Wooster, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and bucket loads of friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Al and Dorothy Weygandt and an uncle, Wayne Powell.
A BYOB gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. where everyone is welcome to come and hang out at the home of Dennis and Peanut, 2419 Congress Road, Wooster.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

The good Lord took another young soul on Monday night.   You will always be in our hearts and minds.   No one will forget you.   You were a role model, friend and brother for me all the time.   I will carry on in Local 18 just like you wanted to.   I will help with your house and pond to get it how you wanted it.   The race track in the front.   My pool table and your bar.   I will take care of our white truck.   I love ya bro and I ™ll never forget you.
