WOOSTER – Bonnie J MARTI, 61, of Wooster, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at her home.
She was born April 20, 1953 in Wooster, the daughter of Duane and Virginia James Shearer.   She married Lance Raymond Marti on June 13, 1981.   He preceded her in death on March 31, 2002.
She had owned a home health care business in Wayne County.   Bonnie enjoyed reading, gardening and flowers, antiquing and the beach.   She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Surviving are mother, Virginia James McMarrick of Wooster; her children, Hope Long of Wooster, Chad (Sherri) Marti of Doylestown, Robin (Vince) Moore of Parma Hts., Amy Marti of Wooster and Brandy (Randall) Russell of Wooster, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a brother, David Shearer of Fredericksburg.
In addition to her husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by her father and sisters, Deanna Crone and Becky Shearer.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 2-4:00 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.   Interment will follow in the Moreland Cemetery.
