Maxine L Cagle, 99, of Wooster, OH, passed away November 7, 2014 at the Wayne County Care Center.
She was born December 7, 1914 in Calmoutier, OH, daughter of Nestor F and Gertrude Mary Girard Marthey.
Maxine was a homemaker and had worked part-time at the Daily Record.   She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and was an avid gardener.
Surviving are sons, Chris (Rosy) Cagle of Shreve, OH., and Tom(Pam) Cagle of Twinsburg, OH, and daughter, Connie(Bill) Karis of Pittsburg, PA14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
Maxine was preceded in death by husband, Joe N Cagle, whom she married Sept 18, 1939, brothers, Victor and Bunny and sisters, Helen and Rose.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am Tuesday, November 11 at St. Mary Catholic Church   with Father Stephen Moran officiating.   Interment will follow in the St. Mary Cemetery.
Friends will be received on Monday, November 10 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, Wooster, OH.
