Iva A. Smith 92, of Wooster passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Glendora Care Center.   She was born July 27, 1922 in West Salem Illinois the daughter of Melvin and Margaret Lindsey Balding.
Iva had worked as a hairdresser. She enjoyed playing golf and had played for over 60 years until reaching the age of 90.
Surviving are her three children: Wesley Smith of Wooster, Ricky Smith of Illinois and Shirley Hromjack of Florida.   6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.   A brother; Beuford Balding and a sister Leona Varner.
Iva was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Orville Smith in 1991 whom she married in 1944.
There will be no calling hours. Private graveside services will be held.
