WOOSTER “ Phyllis Osenbaugh, 78, of Wooster passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Glendora Health Care Center.
She was born February 6, 1937 in Wooster, the daughter of Estil and Zona Simpson Haven.   She married Ronald Osenbaugh on October 28, 1983.   He preceded her in death on December 26, 2011.
She was a homemaker and had been an operator for AT & T.   She loved to play bingo.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Haven of Wooster, Royce Willis of Canada, Darren Willis of California, Kevin Willis of Ohio and her grandchildren, Thalia, Remington and Zeus.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Brian Willis and an infant daughter, Margie.
There will be no calling hours or services.
