WOOSTER “ Rhea Pauline Finley, 84, of Wooster passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice in the Gault Inpatient Unit.
She was born April 30, 1930 in Wayne County, the daughter of George and Helen First Warner.   She married Emil J. Finley on April 20, 1954.   He survives.
She was a 1948 graduate of Wooster High School, a homemaker and had worked as a dental assistant until her marriage.   Rhea was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.   She enjoyed gardening and cooking.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Charles (Jean) Finley, Carl (Margaret) Finley and   Dale Finley all of Wooster; grandchildren Zachary and Emily Finley, step grandchildren, Jason (Stacy) and Joshua (Myla) Hershberger; step-great-grandchildren, Cody, Kasie and Alexandra Hershberger; a brother Robert Warner of Ft. Wayne, Indiana and a sister, Mildred Hostetler of Alliance.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Willard Warner.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster with the Rev. Stephen Moran officiating.   Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
