WEST SALEM “ Jason L. Riblet, 41, of West Salem passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born June 26, 1973 in Wooster the son of Larry and Donna Mackey Riblet.   He married Jami Chambers.   She survives.
He was employed by The Wooster Brush Company as a maintenance electrician.   He had also worked for F.J. Designs and the Barn Restaurant.   He was an avid drag racer at Dragway 42.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his father of Somers, Iowa, a daughter, Damia Campbell of Orrville, a grandson, Stephen Campbell and a sister, Ryan (Jim) Swiger of Lexington, OH.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his dearest dog, Jazz.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Mohican Church of the Brethren, 7759 N. Elyria Rd.,  West Salem with the Rev. Paul Bartholomew officiating.   Friends will be received from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
