Morman Andrew Adkins, 65, of Wooster died peacefully at home on Saturday, May 16, 2015.
He was born Sept. 6, 1949 in Galvaston, Kentucky the son of Manthey and Gypsie Rogers Adkins. Morman was the third child of the family.   He spent his younger years in the hills of Kentucky and West Virginia before moving to Ohio.   He attended Northwestern Schools.
His first jobs included farm help, working at Smetzer Brothers, Orrville Products, WB Armstrong and Wooster Iron and Metal.
He met Georgia Dotson in 1972 and they were married on October, 13 of 1972.   After 10 years of marriage they had one son, Jason Andrew Adkins.
Morman will be greatly missed by all who knew him.   He told everyone œ Let me know if you need anything, or any help.    No matter how sick he was, he always tried to help those in need.
Surviving is his wife Georgia of 42 and a half years. Son: Jason (Jessica) Adkins, of Orrville.   A sister: Evelyn Dotson of Colorado Springs, Colorado.   A brother: Roger Adkins, of Wooster and a step brother; Dan (Robyn) Bell, of Wooster.   Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father and a brother.
Funeral Services will be held at Noon on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster, Ohio 44691. Burial will follow in East Union Cemetery.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
