WOOSTER – Robert Eugene Polar Bear MILLER, Sr., 59, of Wooster, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 26, 1955 in Mt. Vernon, the son of Richard D and Joretta Yarger Miller.   He married Darlene Zickefoose on May 23, 1988.   She survives.
He had been a security guard and was the owner of Sturgis Cleaning.   He loved martial arts and weightlifting, played fast pitch softball and was a big Cincinnati Reds fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his mother, Joretta Yarger Miller of Funk; his children, Rodney Miller of Creston, Aaron Miller of Orrville, Robert Miller, Jr. and Brittany Zickefoose both of Wooster and Je’Lous Xavier Von Gray of Mansfield; grandchildren Audrey, Mackenzie, Tyler, Cameron, Cayla, Caleb and Malachi and a brother, Stephen Miller of Funk.
Robert was preceded in death by his father and a son, Samuel Miller.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 1:00 p.m. service at Church of the Saviour, 480 Fry Road, Wooster on Friday, July 10, 2015 with Rev. Dean Troyer officiating.   Interment will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
