Kenneth Paul Brubaker, 90, of Smithville died Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at his home.
He was born April 24, 1925 in Wooster to Ray and Grace Limbacher Brubaker.   On April 6, 1947, he married Lois Margaret Mosier.   She preceded him in death in 2012.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War Two.
Kenneth was a farmer and had worked as a welder for Maverick Innovative Solutions for over 20 years.   He was a member of the First Church of God in Smithville.   Kenneth enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and following their activities.   He was an avid Smithville Athletics fan.
He is survived by his children Les (Barbara) Brubaker of Mesa, AZ, Larry (Rose) Brubaker of Hillsboro, Lynne (Art) Riggenbach of Wooster, Kelly Brubaker of Alaska and Kristi (Ralph) Gill of Wooster; 19 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Along with his wife, Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, a son Kenneth in 1973, two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Smithville United Methodist Church, 243 N. Milton, Smithville with Rev. Carolyn Berry officiating.   Interment will follow in Smithville Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at the church on Saturday.
