WOOSTER – Mildred A. Huebner, 92, of Wooster died peacefully on Sunday, July 03, 2016 at her home.
She was born March 23, 1924 in Avalon, PA to Harry and Edith (Hamilton) Wallace.   On September 10, 1945, she married William H. Huebner, Jr.   He preceded her in death in 1997.
Mildred was a homemaker and a member of Central Christian Church.   She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi, the V.F.W. Auxiliary, the Emblem Club, Wooster Women ™s Guild and the American Ex Prisoner of War Chapter.
She is survived by her son William H. Huebner, III of Wooster; grandchildren Sarah L. Blinkhorn (Steven L. Bradford), Mary Ann Blinkhorn (Adam C. Brown), and Arthur W. Blinkhorn; a great-granddaughter, Charlotte R. Parkinson and a brother Harry E. œGene  (Lavonna) Wallace of Shawnee, OK.
Along with her husband, Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Jacquelin L. Blinkhorn; and her brother, William D. œDave  Wallace.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the 11:00 AM Memorial Service on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Central Christian Church, 407 N. Market St., Wooster with Rev. J. Alexander officiating.   Private interment with family and close friends will be in Wooster Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
