WOOSTER Antoinette A. Dawn Coppola, 92, of Wooster passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Wooster Community Hospital on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
She was born January 17, 1924 in Wooster, the daughter of Gioacchino and Giovanna Coccia Coppola.
She had worked for Rubbermaid for 28 years retiring in 1981. Dawn was always the family caregiver and her nieces and nephews were a big part of her life. She enjoyed gardening, canning and ceramics.
She is survived by her sister, Rose Snowbarger of Wooster; nieces Brenda (Don) Glenn and Kathy Abundo, nephews, Ron (Roberta) Coppola, Mark Snowbarger, Jack Snowbarger and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 brothers, Alfred, William, Albert, Samuel and Samuel J. Coppola.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
