WOOSTER “ Harold C. Haven, Sr., 73 of Wooster passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born April 13, 1943 in Wooster the son of John C. and Alie E. Goodman Haven.   He married Judy Henry on November 30, 1968.   She survives.
He had worked at Korda, RexRoth and Wooster Iron & Metal.   Harold enjoyed fishing, watching WWE Wrestling, mushroom hunting and was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Malinda Sweeney, Harold Haven, Jr., and Jamie Haven all of Wooster; grandchildren, Tony Haven, Brandon Daye, Blade Haven, Tiffany Haven and Johnathan Haven; great-grandchildren, Kennedy Haven, Brandon Daye, Jr., and Clarissa Daye; his siblings, Pauline Greenough of Big Prairie, Wanda Huffman of Fredericksburg, Sarah Wohlford, Lois Miller, John Haven and Howard Haven all of Wooster and Jack Haven of Arab, Alabama and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 6-8:00 p.m.
Services will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m.   Burial will be in the Overton Cemetery.
