ORRVILLE “ Jay Shrader, 37, of Orrville went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his home.
He was born May 25, 1981 in Wooster, the son of Margaret Perry.
He graduated from Smithville High School in 2000 and had been a Lyft Driver.   He enjoyed spending time with his son Jaycob, family and nieces and nephews.
 Jay proudly served his country with the US Army from 2000-2004 during Operation Enduring Freedom.
He is survived by a son, Jaycob Shrader of Orrville his mother, Margaret Logan of Orrville; siblings, Kathryn (Jaromy) Carpenter and Rachel (Aaron) Henderson both of Orrville, Calie (Matthew) King of Tiffin and Opal (Andrew) Becerra of Tuscon, AZ; nieces and nephews, Hayden, Ashton, Isaac, Riley and Alex and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Sawyer Carpenter, grandparents, Louise Smith, Melvin C. Perry, Sr. and Harold and Marjorie Logan.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. service on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Rex King officiating.   Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send contributions to the family to ensure Jaycob ™s bright future to 1999 Viking Ave., Orrville, 44667.
