WOOSTER Patricia Pat Wirth, 78, of Wooster, died Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Ohio s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster with her family by her side.
She was born on April 8, 1940 to William M. and Ruth Girard Grassman. Pat graduated from Waynedale High School in 1958 and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She retired from The Wooster Brush Company in 2017 with over 45 years of service.
Surviving are children, Bob (Laura) Wirth, Doug (Connie) Wirth, Tom (Rebecca) Wirth, Dan (Angie) Wirth, all of Wooster and Laurie Wirth; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; siblings Delroy (Linda) Grassman, Donna Jean Meyer and Kathleene Kas (Charles) Monaghan, all of Wooster, and Clarise June (Robert) Mann of Lancaster.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Joe Wirth; and siblings, W. Robert, Wilson Rex, Terry, and Bertille Grassman.
A Mass of Christian will be celebrated on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster, with Rev. Rich Samide officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 5 8 p.m., at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster. A rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m.
