So sorry for your loss. Uncle Dan was a very sweet man. Praise Jesus we will see him again!! Praying for all..
So sorry for your loss .
Worked with Dan at rubbermaid, a great guy. Sorry for loss to family.
Sorry your loss. May the Lord comfort the Ackerman family during this time. Hopefully he knew the Lord and you can rest in the knowledge you will see him again.
Dan was one of my favorite people in the world. He was an avid library patron and was beloved by so many who knew him there through several decades. I’ll remember him best for his gentle nature, his amazing (and often very funny!) life stories, and for his deep curiosity about everything around him and his love of knowledge and for always learning more. My sincerest condolences to his wonderful family, who always stayed by his side and let him know how loved he was, and my sympathy to his many friends also.
I got to know Dan from working with him at Rubbermaid,Running with him at the College of Wooster track,Talking with him at the Wayne country Library.. A true friend.. I will miss him deeply.
We are so sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. He was always so nice to us. When I worked at the library I would tease him by calling him Claude Van Dan and he would always laugh. The world will miss this good-natured guy!
I’ve known Dan for many years. He had so many interesting projects he enjoyed working on. We will truly miss him and his stories here at the library.
Dan has meant a lot to all of us here at the Wayne County Public Library. He was always a joy to talk with. god bless you and yours at this difficult time.
