WOOSTER – Donna Elaine (McMichael) Westfall, age 78 of Wooster, Ohio was ushered into Heaven Monday, February 24, 2020.
Donna was born in Wooster, Ohio on November 11th, 1941 to Donald G. and Eva C. (Leedy) McMichael. She was a graduate of the Wooster High School class of 1959. She married the father of her children, E. Joe Reeves on Oct. 16, 1959. They had four children together; Terry (Tisha) Reeves of Jeromesville, Randy (Debbie) Reeves of Wooster, Kathy Reeves of Wooster and David W. Reeves of Arizona. She later married Glenn Westfall on December 29, 1990 and he survives.
After raising her four children, Donna worked at Retzler s Hardware for five years, and then worked at Prentke Romich Company for 21 years. Donna was an active member of Grace Brethren Church and attended Common Ground ABF. She attended Thursday morning Women of the Word Bible Study until her health no longer permitted that. Donna treasured any time with family; she loved get-togethers even if there was no reason for a get-together. She loved the Wayne County Fair and cherished that one day every year that she could spend at the fair with her high school friends.
Friends may call from 6 PM to 8 PM Thursday, February 27th at Grace Brethren Church of Wooster, 4599 Burbank Road.
On Friday, February 28th, a memorial service will be held at Grace Brethren Church of Wooster at 11 AM, with Pastor Daron Butler officiating.
A private family burial service will be held at Wooster Cemetery.
Donna will be deeply missed by her husband Glenn, children Terry, Randy, Kathy and David, Mother-In-Law Yvonne Westfall along with grandchildren Joey Reeves, Drew (Pepa) Reeves, Rachelle (Jordan) Roemer, Brandon Reeves, Christopher Reeves, Anthony Stillo, Tiffany (Bronson) Knapp, Gannon Reeves, and 4 great-grand children, brothers Robert (Connie) McMichael, James (Paula) McMichael, Ronald (Shannon) Nagoshi, Hawaii and sisters Maryann (Roger) Bonewit, and Gloria (David) Osterland, brother-in-law Randy (Michelle) Westfall and sister-in-law Nadine (Dennis) Landaw, Dale (Gary) Keltz, Florida Candice Westfall, Texas along with many nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
McIntire, Bradham, & Sleek Funeral Home, Wooster is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Glenn & Family – Our heartfelt sympathy to all of you. We were so sad to learn of Donna’s passing. She was a sweet, kind lady and a good friend. The McMichael and Johnson families go back many years. In 1943, during World War II, Donna’s father, Don, was in the Army and stationed overseas. Eva, along with her two little ones, Donna and Bob, lived across from Jim and his parents, Guy and Edith Johnson. Eva was very lonely and Edith took her under her wing, witnessed to her and invited her to church. That was the beginning of the McMichael family attending The First Brethren Church and they became very important members of the congregation. Praying God will hold you all close and bring comfort and peace to your hearts.
Sorry to hear of your loss Glen. God bless you in the days ahead as you continue onward with peace knowing Donna is now singing, dancing and has now joined the clouds of witness, cheering you on.
