APPLE CREEK “ Darrick Jay Geiser, 25 of Apple Creek was just starting his life when he tragically and suddenly passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
He was born January 31, 1995 in Orrville the son of Rodney J. and Bianca F. Manges Geiser.
Darrick had been employed by Cedar Valley Builders of Apple Creek.   He was a caring man and loved anything to do with the outdoors, bird watching, fishing, hunting, and camping were his favorite things to do.   He also, as any young person these days, loved his X-Box.   If he could, he would have loved to live in a cabin in the woods away from everything and just go off the gird (well as long as he had his X-Box).   Darrick loved to play his X-Box with his friends and cousins A.J. and Joey.
He had been a member of the Ohio Young Birders Club, Junior Naturalist Progam at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, and the Greater Mohican Autobahn Club.   He was an avid birder and loved nature.
Darrick will be missed and remembered by many family and friends.
He is survived by his mother Bianca F. and step father Vince M. Macro and his paternal grandfather Dennis (Amy) Geiser of Dalton; Aunts Karen Gaspar of Killbuck, Ronda Geiser of Dalton, (Marcia (Joe) Eggleston of Apple Creek, Uncles Wayne Manges and Ty (Diane) Geiser of Orrville and many cousins and friends   who miss him dearly.
Darrick was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandmother Deanna Geiser and paternal grandparents Robert J. and Marcella Manges.

Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve.
