WOOSTER “ Orin F. œSonny  Whyde, Jr., 73, of Wooster passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020 at   Ohio ™s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster.
Orin was born September 1, 1946 in Cleveland the son of Orin and Helen Sturm Whyde.
He retired from the Maintenance Dept. at the I-X Center in Cleveland.   Orin loved to go fishing and hang out with his friends.
Surviving is a daughter Kathy (Raymond) Wadden of Mansfield; grandchildren Marissa Dixon, Manzarek Whyde, Christopher Wadden, Tiffany Wadden and McKayla Wadden; sisters Linda Triscari of Cleveland and Cheryl Shaver of North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Chad Whyde in 2004 and siblings Mary Slobak, David Whyde and Myrna Whyde.
There will be no calling hours or services.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
