WOOSTER Ronald R. Taylor, 63, of Wooster passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital due to Covid complications.
He was born March 19, 1958 in Wooster the son of Theodore and Dorothy Gerber Taylor.
Ronald was a 1976 graduate of Triway High School and The Ohio State University in 1982 and was a computer analyst who also dabbled in antiques through his store 3rd Door Antique s, Auctions, and Unique items. He had the gift of Gab and made friends easily.
He enjoyed watching and talking with students at his wife s academy dance studio and helped with her recitals every year. Ronald loved doing things with the family including playing baseball, Euchre, Bon Fires, Trivial Pursuit and talking with family. He liked mushroom hunting, Solitaire, Sudoku, old cars and trucks and Sci-fi movies. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Fan, Triway Titan Fan and Cleveland Indians Fan.
Surviving is his wife Tammy (Hageman) Taylor; his father of Wooster; children David (Heather Goodman) Taylor, Scott (Elizabeth Greeney) Taylor and Josh Taylor; grandchildren Theodore Taylor, Stormi, Grace, and Abby Goodman, Olivia, Lucas and Riley Taylor. He was also an uncle and a friend to many. Also survived by his pets, 3 Chow Chows, 2 cats and 5 labs.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy and his sisters Deb Graziani and Brenda Taylor.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 5-8:00 p.m. at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
Private family graveside services will be held with the Rev. Steve Smith officiating.
