  2. Jill and family,
Our deepest sympathy in the passing of your mother. I worked with your Dad at Bell & Howell for over thirty years. We went out often for dinner with your parents, Aaron and Shirley Burkowitz, and Russell Hofstetter. We would meet about once a month for Pizza. We always enjoyed each others company and catching up on families. Your parents were very proud of you and your family. We know your mother is now at peace and reunited with your Dad. We hope your memories will give all of you comfort and peace in this difficult time. May God Bless you and your family.

  7. Dear Jill,

We are so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I know how much she loved you and your family. Her capacity for love was boundless. I still remember bringing my son, at about 7 weeks old, to Mae at Perky’s. It was a difficult first day, but your mother made it OK. More than OK, she showed love to me, my son and everyone who walked through her doors. She offered me great comfort. Now that baby is 37 yers old. He is the man he is today because, in part, the early childhood experience he had with your mother. She was a significant part of his growing up. We can’t thank you enough for sharing her with us and so many others.

Sending prayers to you as you navigate the days to come.

  8. Dear Jill and family,
I was very sad to hear about Aunt Mae’s passing. I have many memories of long visits and conversations with her. I’m sorry I didn’t know about her funeral today or I would have been there. Now she is with Uncle Al and at peace. Please take care. Love, Donna
