Patricia L. Ralston, 60, of Smithville passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Wooster Community Hospital.
She was born November 3, 1961 in Huntington, WV the daughter of James and Linda Johnson Frazier.
Patricia had worked as a home health care aide for most of her life. She loved gardening and being outdoors. Patricia also loved animals and cooking. Most of all, she loved spending time with, and taking care of, her family ¦especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Jarodd (Emily) Ralston of Marion, OH and Samantha Ralston of Wooster; her special daughter Erica Lunsford; grandchildren Landon, Hadleigh, Nazario, Avery, and Elena Ralston, Rella Ralston, Olivia, Maylynn, Leticia, and Elizabeth; her mother Rosemary E. Lowe; siblings Charles Frazier, Mitzi Kelly, Jamie Crowder, Angel Frazier, Ron and Juanita Lowe, Jim Lowe, Jon and Jamie Lowe, and Lisa and Robert Porter; step-mother Diana Frazier; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by her father Carl Lowe; and infant brother Kenneth Wesley Frazier.
Friends will be received 2 hours prior to the 12:00PM funeral service on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, with Rev. Matthew Doerle and Minister Nathaniel Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Wooster Cemetery.

  1. My aunt pat was like a mom she never gave up and always made sure I was fed and taken care of the I am glad she is in a better place love you aunt pat always and forever.
