  1. How sad was the news that Hal had passed away on Saturday. We taught at Northwestern High School while Hal was the Guidance Counsellor there, and the teasing (went both ways) was non-stop. We hope that many good memories of Hal’s event-filled, useful life will help to get you through this sad time. Our sincere condolences to all of Hal’s family and friends.

There was always a smile, kind word and interest shown concerning what was going on in my life at the time. 10. Sending prayers of comfort for the family. I first met Mr. Fulton when I attended the career center in the 70’s. He knew students by name and was always there to help each one in any way he could. I was lucky enough to see him intermittently over the years and he was still smiling! May the family find peace in knowing how many lives he touched.

  17. I was so sad to hear of Hal’s untimely passing. My sincere condolences to his family. I had the privilege to serve with Hal in the Air National Guard where we published a 65-year history of the Guard in Ohio. This would not have been possible without his dedication to historical research of the military he so loved and served. We became good friends, and I will never forget his kindness and giving attitude. He is and will always be a very special friend to me. Rest in peace Senior Master Sergeant.
