  1. Uncle Don will certainly be missed. Knowing his terrific and kind personality, and ornery sense of humor created wonderful memories for me. He had the best train set I have ever seen. Also I remember the handmade ice cream! Uncle Don was an extremely talented guy. I know we as kids loved hanging out at Uncle Don and Aunt Wanda’s home. He always made us feel welcome and loved. My deepest sympathies to Aunt Wanda, Randy, Ronnie and Renee. What a wonderful family.

  5. Wanda and family, we are so sorry for your loss of Don. It is such a tough grief to bear when it’s your husband and father. Dennis always liked visiting with Don, as he enjoyed Dennis’ jokes and they were about the same age. He was always so genial and kind. We all were so impressed by his trains and talent. I can see Don and Dennis having a grand old time together in Heaven!

  7. To WANDA, Randy, Ron, and Renee and FAMILIES:
My VERY SINCERE CONDOLONCES to all of you!! I am sorry for all of the GREAT HOCKENBERRY FAMILY, but Don definitely had a great life with the GREATEST GREAT wife and children, not to mention the grandchildren.
It was so neat when I was there from Maine in February 2016 for Uncle Bob Lee’s health. Then on one evening after Becky’s birthday dinner we came out to Don & Wanda’s house. Don was elated to show me his GREAT Train models on the back porch.
He & I had a great time talking about those wicked GREAT Trains! I told him about the Train Station here in Machias, Maine that is not destroyed. The station was not torn down.! Don liked that aspect!!
That Don was really a neat person to talk to ALL these years!!

WANDA, Randy, Ron and Renee PLEASE read Ecclesiastics 3:1-3 + 1-10

    Our LOVE to you ALL
    Don is NOW at PEACE!
