Patrick M. Roach, 73, of Wooster, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Smithville Western Care Center.
He was born May 22, 1949 in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI to Stephen J. and Eleanor L. Pelance Roach.  
Patrick came to Wooster on a basketball scholarship for the College of Wooster, graduating in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.   Meeting the love of his life, Sandy Mowrer, they married on October 26, 1974.   Patrick retired from Wilbert in 2014.   He was a sports enthusiast, loved fishing in his younger years.   He adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Patrick is survived by his children Shannon Roach, Kelly (Ronald) Rastetter and Jamie (Scott) Swysgood all of Wooster; grandchildren Owen Roach, Ella Hartzler, Meagan and Cory Rastetter, Paige Weaver (Nick) Stryker) and Kyle Hartman; great-grandchildren Aubrie Rastetter, Allie and Cameron Salazar and Ayden Weaver.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Sandy.
Private graveside services will be held in Overton Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
