Dear Conrad, Gary and Family,
We want to express our deep condolences. We both knew Elva for many many years. We worked with her at ATI. Also, we (Pat) were neighbors when you lived on Pittsburgh Ave. in Wooster so many years ago. My mom and dad’s names were Willard and Dolores Moats. Gary, you would come over next door to our house to play. We are very sad to hear of Elva’s passing.
