I always enjoyed working around Roger. We had some long conversations that were good for both of us. I didn’t know all of his family, but the ones I know are all great people.
Roger was a key part of the Lehman’s team and will be sorely missed. He was always ready to help, with a big smile, customers and employees and he had a vast knowledge of farming and gardening. I am glad I got to know him!
I will miss Roger casually interrupting my training sessions to get his coffee. Guaranteed, he would interject with some of his words of wisdom – no matter what the subject was. I was constantly learning something new from him. I think I speak for everyone at Lehman’s when I say that he was like our version of Google – he knew EVERYTHING! We will all miss being able to go to him with any questions. We have big shoes to fill to cover all his areas of knowledge. We will all miss him not only for his wealth of knowledge, but also his friendship and giving heart.
Prayers for the family. Roger was so full of wealth and knowledge that he was so willing to teach others all that he knew. I truly enjoyed working with Roger and getting to know him and his family. He had a heart of gold I will miss him as so many others will!
We are so sorry for your loss. You and yourbfamily are in our thoughts and prayers. Hugs

I will miss him so much The warehouse at Lehmans in Kidron will never be the same him and I were always trying to learn more about gardening and canning. He was so excited when I told him about canning potatoes. RIP Roger I hope you are canning in Heaven and Listening to Elevation Worship
Heaven just gained a wonderful man. He was such an inspiration at Lehman’s. My heart is aching for the family and my prayers are being said for God’s comfort during this tragic loss. May you feel God’s comfort and may all those precious memories sustain you.
Heaven has gained an Angel. I only met him a few times, but seemed so nice and caring person. He will be missed.
I’m so very sorry for the loss of a great man. I have no doubt he is with Jesus! He was so easy to talk to and so very kind. My heart aches with all who loved him!
Roger was a very interesting man easy to talk to and he shared easily I’ll never forget his popcorn or his maple syrup.
Roger will be greatly missed. He was such a joy in my life and I always looked forward to talking with him at work and he always knew how to make me smile when the day was rough. He was a man that gave me great support and advice and my heart aches hearing of his loss. I know he will be looking down on me from Heaven. My condolences to Cheryl and the rest of the family.
Roger was one of those people that have such a youthful spirit they seem to never get any older. I remember many good talks with him. He had such good advice, a wisdom that only comes from experience. Helpful, kind, understanding, resolute, he made Lehman’s a better place. He will be missed
I worked with Roger at Lehman’s and found him to be humble, kind, and generous. He freely shared bounty from his garden, and as others have stated, he enjoyed sharing his knowledge and wisdom as well. Peace and comfort to his family at this time of sorrow.
I graduated with Roger, was alway a man you could talk too. He was an all around good guy. He will be missed. Prayers for his family.
Thank you for your service. Condolences to the family.
You will be missed! We will see you soon! RIP
My deepest sympathy goes out to Cheryl and her family at this time of loss I haven’t known Roger for long and only through his mother in law. I truly came to like and respect him a great deal by the way he loved and cared for his family. He had a great sense of humor of constantly teased her about bringing a baby goat up to see her or to bring her a kitten. She’s afraid of animals so she would just shudder and yell no. She always called him her favorite son-in law ( he was her only one). In the short time I knew him I came to really respect him. We lost a great man but heaven gain a great angel RIP Roger.
