Lyle L. Landaw, 59, of Wooster died Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Accord Care in Orrville.

He was born January 23, 1963 in Wooster to Edward and Violet Snow Landaw.

Lyle served his country with the United States Army and worked for many different factories most of his life.  He enjoyed crafting, hunting and fishing.  He had a great sense of humor a made an impact on the lives of the people he met.

Lyle is survived by his daughter April (Nathan Howard) Landaw of Wooster; close family friend Alexis Hartman of Mansfield; sisters Bonnie Daniels, Donna Shallenberger, brother Bryan Landaw all of Wooster; grandchildren Violet Landaw, Annabelle Howard, Xavier Howard; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Charles Beckler and Mike Beckler.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster

  1. My first day at Accord the first welcoming face I saw was Lyles, we soon made friends. I told him he was the facility grandpa many times. He started everyone of the plants from seed that are in our garden and taught me so much. He will be forever missed, he left a mark on everyone’s heart at Accord. RIP Lyle we love you.
