Pat D. Tyo, 65, of Apple Creek passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice Lifecare.

He was born on May 13, 1957 to Jasper R. and Louise Young Tyo.  On May 27, 2000 he married Acelia Clark.  She survives.

Pat worked as a truck driver for many years.  He loved golfing, fishing and watching football… especially the Cleveland Browns games with his family.

In addition to his wife, Acelia he is survived by a son Phillip Adkins of Wooster; brothers David (Kathy) Tyo of Apple Creek, Ricky (Shelley) Tyo of Wooster and Larry (Teresa) Tyo of Zanesville; sister Delilah (Roger) Williamson of New Lexington; grandchildren Corey, Cayla and Dartian; four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by a brother Emmitt Tyo and sister Rita Barnett.

Private family services will be held.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
