Collette “Toni” Lene Weiser, 78, of Wooster passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at her residence.

She was born February 7, 1944 in Omaha, NE to John Vincent and Margaret Crabtree Anthony. On December 12, 1964, she married Gary Weiser.  He preceded her in death.

Collette worked at Hard Hat Restaurant for 10 years.  She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching, crafts and crossword puzzles.

Collette is survived by her daughters Rebecca (Mark) Johnson of Wasilla, Alaska and Rachel (Gary) Lindsey of Clyde, Texas; sister Blanche “Sue” (Jack) Rodden of Everett, Washington; grandchildren Mitchell Fitzpatrick and Anthony Weiser.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by a son Vincent Weiser; her parents; brother John Vincent Anthony III; grandsons Matthew and Nicholas Fitzpatrick.

No services will be held.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, OH is assisting the family.

  2. Becky and Rachel, I am so sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. Your mother was an absolute HOOT. I had many, many good times with our family. Working, playing, traveling… I felt that part of the family. You guys were the BEST. If you two come back to the area. Give me a call. It would be great to see you.

  3. Becky and Rachel So sorry to hear of your Moms passing . I will always remember her as a cheerful and happy Lady with a beautiful smile and someone who dearly loved her family. She is with the Angels now but I know you will miss her as I still miss mine but they are in a better place now . Sending much love and many blessings to you and your family from ours .
