Gloria M. Collado, 68, of Greenwich passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at her residence.

She was born April 1, 1954 in Cleveland the daughter of Beverly R. Hess.

Gloria had worked as a home health aide assistant.  She enjoyed dancing, shopping and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children Maria (William) Humphreys of Greenwich, Angelo Collado of North Carolina, Angela Collado of Norwork and Joseph of Greenwich; grandchildren Jacob McClain, Preston Humphreys, Miles and Chase Humphreys, Dean Fairchild, Skylar and Austin Humpreys; sister Charlene (Kenneth) Hasinski of Wooster; nieces and nephews and a great niece and nephews.

Gloria was preceded in death by her mother, grandmother Rebecca Hess and a niece.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.  Burial will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will be received 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help defray expenses.

  1. Haven’t seen Maria for a while but have very good memories of her she was always pleasant to be around and I will miss her. My condolences to her children, Charlene and all her family. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing and I’m very sorry for the family’s loss I will keep you all in my prayers

My deepest condolences to the entire family on the passing of my dearest second mom Gloria,my kids called her grandma,she was a fun person to be around,always laughing,smiling and always remembering her silly jokes,her daughter Maria was like a big sister to me,We are shocked to hear the news,since we moved to Ny we missed u so much my self and kids will always remember u,u have teach my kids even Jenny how to vaccum and put away laundry and even teach me how to make your favorite food yellow rice,we missed u mama/Granma,sleep on in God’s beautiful garden, love u mama😍
