Anthony S. Cantley, 41, of Wooster passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital, in Akron.

He was born December 18, 1981 in Medina, Ohio the son of Susan Bunyak-Arnold and Dennis Arnold.

Anthony was a Granite Manager at National Design Mart, in Medina, for the last 6 years. He was a huge fan of all things Ohio sports, especially the Cleveland Browns. He enjoyed being in the outdoors, being on the water, and fishing. Anthony loved life. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in both Wooster and Ashland. Anthony loved cooking out and spending time with family and friends. He was a friend to many and was always available to lend a hand where needed. Anthony especially loved spending time with his children, going to their sporting events and participating with them as a coach of their teams. He leaves behind many family members and friends who will miss him tremendously.

Surviving is his son Anthony “AJ” Cantley and stepson Hunter Maxwell, both of Wooster; his Dad Dennis Arnold; brothers Douglas Bunyak of Lorain and Robert Howton of Wooster; and his girlfriend Roxy Henry of Ashland.

He was preceded in death by his mother Susan Arnold and his brother Phillip Arnold.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 11:00AM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., in Wooster.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 5:00PM – 8:00PM at the funeral home, and then 1-hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Thursday.

  9. My condolence to the Cantley & Arnold families, and Closest Friends. Farewell Lil Bro, you will be missed. May the Heavenly Father/Mother protect you, and Big Brother guide you on your journey. I will always remember those B-Ball games we had at Schellin Park, especially when the lights were on, we would play after the park was closed, or until the police ran us off, and you always smiled about it saying, “we’ll be back tomorrow,” and Always wearing his black San Antonio jersey…You will be Greatly Missed Lil Bro!
