Roger Dale Adkins, 71, of Shreve, passed away April 2, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on June 18, 1951 in Boone County, WV the son of Manthey and Gypsie Rogers Adkins.

Roger was a H.A.M. radio operator.  He enjoyed helping other people and was an advocate for the homeless.

He is survived by a sister; cousins Ray Hunter and David Jesse; friend David Allen.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

No services will be held.
