“Together Again”
Helen Marie Franks, 89, of Wooster, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Brookdale of Wooster.
She was born on June 7, 1933 in Render, KY the daughter of Earl James and Georgia Gordon Hoops Parks. On February 17, 1952, she married Charles “Chuck” Franks. He preceded her in death in 2022.
Helen worked at Wooster Brush for 10 years and drove school bus for Ida Sue Schools. She enjoyed gardening, canning, loved to cook, fishing, camping and traveling with Chuck and spending winter in Okeechobee, FL. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her children Debra (Stan) Johnson and Steve (Kathy) Franks both of Wooster; grandchildren Lisa (Matt) Gaddis, Joni (Lee) Guerrera, Matthew (Jessica) Franks, Steve (Bettina) Franks and Curtis Franks; great-grandchildren Ava Guerrera, Brady Franks, Tanner Franks, Kailee Franks, Tristan Franks and Landon Franks and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by siblings Clifford Parks, Evelyn Daniels, Mary Abney, Chester Parks and Roy Parks.
A private family service will be held. Burial will be in Wooster Cemetery.

Dear Franks Family, We are sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. For many years I waited on mother at Buehler’s. She was always so nice. May memories give you peace,
