Victor Brown, Sr., 62, of Piketon passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 at Ohio’s Hospice Lifecare.

He was born on January 26, 1961 in Columbus the son of Henery and Geneva Kirkwood Brown.

Victor was a retired self-employed handy man.  He enjoyed art, cooking, woodworking and working on cars, loved the outdoors, spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and he loved his canine companion, Buster.

Victor is survived by his children Victor (Elyse) Brown, Jr. and Husniyah Brown both of Wooster; his mother Geneva Brown of Columbus; stepchildren Ajia Hilton and Shaniquia Foster both of Wooster; grandchildren Adric, Averly, Eliana, Braylin, Brinley, Svetlana, Hudson, Aspyn, Bexxli, Major, Tayshaun and Xavier; brother James Brown of Columbus; former spouse Mary Hilton of Wooster.

He was preceded in death by his father; twin sons George and Henry Brown; brothers Sylvester and Ernest Brown.

No service will be held at this time.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

  1. I send my thoughts and prayers to you all. No words can comfort at this time, but hold tight to the memories you have. I know he loves you all , specially those beautiful grand babies. We always shared updates on our grands and I could hear the joy in his voice when he told me about them . He was a wonderful man.
