Gerald “Jerry” Alan Siegel, 57, of West Salem passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday July 22, 2023 doing what he loved, as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Jerry was born July 24, 1965 in Boise, ID to Joseph D. and Janet Barsic Siegel.
He worked as a welder and fabricator for Doug Kriner. If Jerry wasn’t working for Doug, he was working on his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. He had totally rebuilt his bike as it was his “baby”.
Jerry is survived by his children Ashley (Brent) Dillon of Wooster, Spencer (Natassia) Siegel of Temecula, CA and Tyler (Kendra Evans) Siegel of Canton; wife, Linda Taylor Siegel; six grandchildren; sister Tina (Larry) Eggeman of Smithville; sister-in-law Penny Siegel of Wooster; many nieces and nephews and special friend Angela Ratliff and her daughter Chalissa Ratliff.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Michael Siegel.
Friends will be received on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Wooster Cemetery.
