Kenneth W. Flanagan, 77, of Wooster passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Avenue of Wooster.
He was born February 5, 1946 in Wooster the son of Alvan L. and Alvertis I. Covert Flanagan.
Kenneth had owned and operated a roofing business with his brothers, Flanagan Spouting & Roofing.
He loved spending time at flea markets, the outdoors, and enjoyed riding his motorcycles. Kenneth was a proud owner of a 1969 Chevelle that he bought brand new. He was a “Car Guy” who loved talking cars with his friends. Kenneth loved his grandchildren and family was important to him. He was loved by many and will be remembered for his being ornery. Kenneth was a member of the Rails to Trails and the American Motorcycle Association.
Surviving is his daughter Rebekah (Roy) Myers; grandchildren Rachel (Sheldon) Irving, Logan Myers and Shawn Myers; brothers John (Shirley) Flanagan and Ray (Rita) Flanagan.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Lori Flanagan.
Friends will be received on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
