Randy L. Yutzy, 65, of Apple Creek entered into his heavenly home on Thursday, August 2023 at his home.

He was born August 15, 1958 in Wooster to Orris Yutzy and Orpha Yutzy Priest.

For the past 35 years, he had made his home at the Bank St. home in Apple Creek.  Randy attended Nick Amster Workshop for many years and more recently attended Midwest Enterprise Workshop.  He also attended Joy Baptist Church.  Randy loved people and had many friends and always had a smile.

Randy is survived by his mother, Orpha; siblings Duane, Gary and LaVonne (Alan) Flickinger all of Wooster.

He was preceded in death by his father, Orris and his grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.  Interment will follow in Maple Grove Memorial Park.

Friends will be received one hour prior the service at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend many thanks for his care at the Bank St. home and to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be directed to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.

  1. I want to convey my condolences on the passing of Randy.
    I know he is in a better place now, but I also realize it’s going to be a big gap in your lives.
    May God bless each one of you. Randy was part of a very loving and caring family. He was very blessed.

  2. I got to see Randy on the 8th of August. I was by his bed for a nice little conversation about his school school and tv shows we watched together and all the stuffed birds he liked to carry around. He was so sweet and was always smiling at me! We held hands briefly that day.. Love you Randy. Sorry for your loss Ms Yutzy.

    My Sincere condolences. and YES, we know Randy is now in a Grander place with the GREAT ONE Above.

    He was always smiling and content when we had him at the Nick Amster Workshop!! I pray he is now
    more content with his life!~!
