Robert “Bob” Joseph Collian, 92, of Wooster passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at the Avenue of Wooster.

He was born on July 30, 1931, in Wooster to Samuel and Elizabeth Chirillo Collian.  On August 28, 1954 he married Gwendolyn Neumann.  She survives.

Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.  Bob worked as a purchasing agent for the OARDC and was also a police officer for A.C.D.C.  Bob loved golfing, playing Euchre and fishing.

In addition to his wife Gwendolyn, he is survived by a son-in-law Ross Lilley of Wooster; granddaughters Amber (Mike) Riddlebaugh and Erin Lilley of Wooster.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Tessa Nadine Lilley.

Private services will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare 1900 Akron Rd. Wooster, OH 44691.

  6. Gwen and Family, Sam and I are so sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Please accept our condolence. Sam was recalling how he liked having you on his paper route. We enjoyed his conversations at Maurer Pharmacy with the group. Such a nice man. I enjoyed staying at your house when running around with Tessa during our high school years. May the Love of God protect you and give you comfort.
