  14. Pat, I remember when you guys lived across from us in Congress when I was very young. (Kristen Kemper-Randy and Becky Kemper’s oldest daughter). I remember playing with Andy, him on his bike or exploring your farm and silos. He used to sit with me on the bus and was kind of like a big brother to me. Granted this was literally 40 years ago, but I still remember all of it like it was yesterday. I’m so sorry for your loss. Thinking about you, his wife, children and the rest of the family. It looks like he left a tremendous mark on Wayne county and will not be soon forgotten.

  16. My deepest sympathies to the Guidetti family. I have known you as students, friends, coworkers and neighbor. I have enjoyed the times I have spent with you in these capacities. I share your grief and have witnessed your closeness and love for each other. I know that those qualities will carry you through this difficult time. I had Andy in class, but knew him best through Ski Club. I always appreciated his easy smile and friendliness. My deepest condolences.

  17. On behalf of the Friends of Wooster Memorial Park Board, we are deeply saddened for your loss and send our thoughts and prayers. We had the opportunity to work closely with Andrew during his tenure with the City Parks, and working with him was truly a gift. Andrew’s motto was always “how can I help”, and he was always there with generosity, care and support. His smile could light up a room, and his enthusiasm for life was infectious. Andrew was as much a friend as colleague. We will work to honor him by continuing the light he brought to this world.

  18. Dear Pat and Family,
I am so sorry to hear that Andy has passed away. No one should have to bury their child.
Many happy memories of living across the road from you in Congress many years ago. I remember when Kristen, our oldest daughter, was getting ready to start kindergarten. You told Andy his job was to take care of her on the school bus and that he did! No one ever messed with her on that bus!
Not when Andy was with her.
Andy grew up to be a great son, husband, father, brother, co-worker. The list could go on and on!
Hold your memories of him close and may they bring you comfort in the days ahead!
