Milton “Pete” Wayne Sigler, 75, of New Orleans, LA, formerly of Wooster, died on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at the University Medical Center in New Orleans.
He was born September 8, 1948 in Wooster to Wayne Sr. and Blanche “Joanne” Huffman Sigler.
Pete had worked in the bakery for Buehler’s before moving to New Orleans many years ago. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. Pete loved collecting leaded glass and playing practical jokes.
He is survived by his son Milan Sigler; siblings Margie Byrd, Nancy Sigler, Wayne (Mary) Sigler, Jr., Regina (Richard) Foltz; several nieces and nephews and good friend Ted Robinson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Donna Sue Jackson.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM at East Union Cemetery.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
