Pauline Nunemaker, 80, of Wooster passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 at Avenue at Wooster.

She was born on June 2, 1944, in Hazard, Kentucky to Bona and Georgia Felenter Combs.

Pauline worked as a lead person for Frito Lay for 27 years retiring in 2004.  She loved to bowl, playing bingo, dressing up for Halloween and especially spending time with her family and dancing.

She is survived by her children Deborah (Gary) Miller of Apple Creek, Delores Anderson of Massillon, Brenda (Roy) Cowger of Wooster, Richard Fields of Florida, Rickey Fields of Avon Lake and Steven Nunemaker of Wooster; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; siblings Delmas Combs of Knoxville, TN.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Willis Fields, second husband John Nunemaker, siblings Mona Sue Morris and Lenville Combs.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster. Interment to follow at Wooster Cemetery.

Friends will be received one hour prior to service on Friday at funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.
